side story... came home at 4:15pm this afternoon to let the pest man in so he could inspect the house for my termite letter renewal. I was supposed to be there at 4pm, but I got caught up with some stuff at work and was a bit late. Poor guy stepped out of his truck and was soaking wet from sweating in it. He said the AC went out in the truck two days ago. I almost felt sorry for him until he handed me a bill for $150 bucks after spending about 15 minutes in the house just poking around in all the corners, and checking the baseboards and poking his head up in the attic.
