This entire article seems to be click bait based on a statement made by his father. The kid's father hints at the possibility of him transfering and BR writes an article stating "there's a good chance" of Hurts transferring. Maybe they should hear it from Hurts before jumping to conclusions and writing this kind of article.

Hmmm....regarding Hurst-at least his dad wants him to be on the field. If not Alabama, somewhere. Unlike 2 or 3 of the QBs who sit idle on the bench at KKKlempsux for 4 or 5 years. I guess at least they get a farmer's education there, but wasn't their intent to be on the field? Go figure.

Hard to tell what Hurt may do. He has had a great career and won more than most QBs that have ever suited up. He doesn't have a future as an NFL QB. Not sure he has that much of a future at any other real good college program. Alabama is so good that his job was not to fumble, let the defense, and running game win it. Three choices.....transfer and play QB on a smaller stage than Alabama. Change positions and try to get some playing time that way. Or just be ready as the backup and be satisfied with the career you have had.
and...He has not lost the job as of yet.....he may be the still be the starter...
