He is such an intelligent and instinctive player… Must have had a really good coach at some point in his career! He is seriously one of the best athletes I have ever seen play the game. The acting job to convince the runner it was HR, followed by the ROCKET he let loose to get the guy out at first- that is a play nobody else in the league could have pulled off as well as he did it. I hope JBJ boosts his performance at the plate enough to make the MLB HOF- he deserves it. One of the best to ever play here for sure, and one of the best center fielders of all time at any level!

I hope none of our former players read this board. Dude makes great plays and every time somebody has to take a $hit on him. Everyone knows he hasn’t excelled at the plate in the majors.. It’s never original to point it out. Yet the guy still plays CF in the majors. Just celebrate the great play by one of our all-time greats, without having to point out the one flaw.
