Well, I can't feel too good about this news. Remember how well he did that last Sunday game he started against the taters? Maybe he'll pitch a great game, we will find out tomorrow.

Btw, this game doesn't show SECN+ carrying it. Does anybody know if Coastal Carolina will stream it from their website?? if not, I'll have to drag out the radio.

Josh's last start was a very good one against Penn St. 6.2 inn innings and only 1 hit, no runs. He hit his spots and was very effective and kept the ball down. When he does that teams struggle to make solid contact.

As a native and resident of Conway, I hope we destroy Coastal. Their fans, who are almost all Yankee transplants, can't seem to understand why us natives are almost all Gamecocks. Let's hope for a repeat of the 2010 Super Regionals.

I have mixed feelings about this. I hope he has a good outing like he did against PSU. BUT, if he gets into trouble early, I hope they have the bullpen ready, and don't leave him in there too long.

Ditto. I remember walking out of that stadium in 2010 and saying I will never pull for Coastal again. They complained the entire 2 games about everything. That was a satisfying series and a hot one too.

We were at their regional the week before and umps absolutely hosed C of C. Was watching on in stadium tv and they showed replay for every play except one where C of C guy got called out when he was safe by step. Never showed replay and it cost them the game.
