There's some strange rules about royalties for songs.

You tube has something like, you can use whatever song you like but if you get over a certain amount of views, royalties have to be paid to the artist.

I'm sure twitter is very similar if they are making profit off the views.

If they aren't, then that gets into more shadey area.
I've always wondered if they had to pay royalties for songs played at Williams Brice.
