What a finish! North Carolina breaks the tie to win the game with 0.6 seconds left in the game. Wow!
I'd be lying if I said this match doesn't scare me.

And I'm thinking the Lady G's want this team more than any after
last year. One local TV station had some of the footage from last year. Welch dabbing tears off of her face as she went out onto the court after losing.
Revenge is a wonderful motivation. I hate that they are basically at home as well, but what else do we expect?

UNC only had a little over 2000 fans at each of their NCAA games at home. Our fans need to travel to Greensboro in huge numbers and take over the joint because Asphalt Feet fans have shown that they will not. We need to make it a home game for us.

I was so tired of hearing about the stinking Bahama's 4 point game, as if it was a defining game in our season...as I'm sure the team was Crikey, it was just the sixth game of the season and the first away game(s) for the team. Not to mention that Coach Staley was working on how to work all the new comers into the rotation And Syracuse's coach, rightly, saw that the sag in zone would cause problems 27 games later and having faced the sag in zone numerous times it was no contest
I think the Lady G's are ready to open a big ol' can of whoop A$$ on the tarwienies...
Oh yeah I expect the same motivation and focus that the Lady G's showed Sunday night against Syracuse maybe more

We took a huge group up to Duke and beat them - hopefully we can travel well and beat a team that isn't as good as that Duke team. Dawn will have them prepared.

But, also didn't their best player transfer to UT after last year.
If the Lady G's play their game, they will win. But, I have to give it to the uncarolina women's coach, she is a very good Xs and Os coach. And the blue goats have a way of tripping us up. I didn't think there was anyway they would beat us last year in the Sweet 16 but somehow they did.

We need to shoot well from the outside to open things up. As usual, limit turnovers and knock down free throws.
