Nothing more deep and ingrained in thievery than a "Chop Shop". You would have to live, sleep and eat thinking about theft, lies and law-breaking against your neighbor every minute of your life.

Sounds like a really misleading article. Apparently they confiscated a couple old lawnmowers and utility trailers. The article makes it sound like they found a stolen truck there along with a chop shop and tow trucks. Another case of media trying to hype up a story that isn't there.
