Clemson turned there deal into a big party with balloons and a DJ- and then sending it out on social media for recruiting purposes- which of course high school kids will eat up. of course that's baloney- but kids love it.
I swear I thought Spurrier and Spurrier jr might have tissues to wipe their faces with them with the way they sounded.

SOS and Jr. just don't want fans to get their hopes up too high, that's all.Originally posted by Rollerdude123:

I don't want a Dabo. I don't want a coach that I don't think I can trust because he has to put a positive spin on everything.
However, Clemson has incorporated a Public Relations type strategy into their recruiting efforts. Of course it's lies and smoke and mirrors. Heck, it's college recruiting. That requires a level of lying that I couldn't do - but coaches everyone are able to do it.
I am not talking about a "party all the time" attitude. I am talking about small things, little things- that kids eat up.

You guys make fun a Dabo but damn, it seems like Dabo is what a bunch of you want.
Do I think we can being a little more "with the times" - yeah maybe here and there....but do I think we need to do a bunch of smoke and mirrors and fireworks? Not at all.
