Michigan players to cash in on jersey sales

Guarantee there are programs out there with groups and advisory panel’s brainstorming the possibilities to make their program unique.
We are probably not diving in that deep yet.

Do you really think international business students care about college football and how to sell product? The school would be far better contacting the Retailing Department to learn how to sell product.

Its always blown my mind how far behind we are on things when we have a top ranked International Business School. Makes zero sense but then again it took decades to just paint our stadium while others have bricked theirs into classiness.
So far it's discouraging that while we hear about other schools/players taking advantage of this new opportunity, we're not hearing any news from our own backyard.
Stand still and you get left behind.

You work together. You make it a project. I just used our ranking in International Business as an example.

if i was a retailer, i would pay the percentage at point of my purchase. not a percentage of point of sale. if i was an athlete i’d want the percentage of point of sale.

What’s even more mind blowing is how many of you don’t understand what the schools can and can’t do when it comes to NIL.
It’s on the players to find deals and business to make them happen.
Agree. Schools getting involved blurs the line between amateurism and professionalism even more. Maybe just enough to push it completely over the edge.

I bought a Gator Bowl jersey from a Gamecock player for $100 back in the day . Not going to reveal there but I still have the jersey
Hail, I had classes w/ one back in 87, 88 and 89, within which (i.e., the classes) he and I specifically chose to be team members simply and conveniently so because we had gotten to know each other so well, and because we just kinda clicked as far as working together in a team concept. He aced his responsibilities, as I did w/ mine, and we did very well in all our classes together.

He went on to play 9 years in the NFL, and made the Pro-Bowl one year. As far as his record at Carolina, he's in the top 5 of his position rankings at #4, and the three in front of him all made the NFL, one winning the Heisman and a Super Bowl.

I'm merely mentioning such simply to share just how ironic it can indeed be as we age and sometimes reflect back on our experiences and acquaintances from back when we were "students".

If any of you here just so happen to be current students, well let me just say that you most likely have NO IDEA just how fortunate you are at the moment!!! =;-p

Seize the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy your time(s) right now, 'cause I assure you, there will come a day when you yourselves reflect back from this very perspective of mine and all the rest of us here!!! "Carpe diem" as the old saying goes, carpe diem!!!
