More fans attended the game yesterday than the Outback bowl last year.

We had the most fans at the Belk Bowl yesterday than they've had in 7 years. We beat Outback attendance by over 3,000. So why are bowls so worried about our fans not showing up when they should be saying "if we invite you is your team going to crap the bed? You promise you'll make them practice enough to look respectable? Don't worry about your fans traveling, worry about your damn team coming to play." Those are the come to Jesus words USC needs a bowl to tell them.

Because the Belk Bowl is a little over an hour's drive from Columbia. Easy trip. If at any other of the jack leg type bowls, you wouldn't have had nearly that crowd

A lot of fans like me didnt buy through the university so iour numbers could be higher

Agreed. As much crap as people have given us for attendance lately the S.C. crowd showed up in full force. Given the fact that we lost a rivalry game, the crowd was good.

You could’ve bought a ticket on stub hub for half the price on the Virginia side as the S.C. side due to supply/demand.

The only positive yesterday was the Gamecock fans' showing. They sounded great on TV and deserved a lot better.
