If you are talking about the front part of the armory that is thru the National Guard and I believe there is a waiting list. The back part of the armory is controlled by USC and you can call the USC ticket office.

There is the guard secondary lot, just beside the adjutant generals building, but towards the river. Never more than about a third full. Call the SC national guard headquarters building and ask for the person in charge of football parking.
