as i understand it, the ncaa said they needed to leave the penalties to "the member universities" to determine if the cheaters need punishment. We all know acc will not touch the holes unless forced. Thinking that all the schools do not/did not cheat to the magnitude of the holes, I would propose, as a president of opposing university on their schedule, that I would not play them unless the conference did something to the holes. i would forfeit the games (kills the TV revenue) and never play them again until.
