Yep! Why the charade of having any sort of collegiate affiliation. It will be a pay for play league. Nothing more, nothing less....
Well someone in Miami gets it. These are the new rules so might as well take advantage of it.

I feel confident that if someone had, or will give every SC scholarship player 500.00 a month, the accolades would be in abundance. .

Seriously doubt that if she was on board, her participation in this would be non existent
Has she ever given money to football? Thought she had only given to academic pursuits.
I'd imagine this would be a draw for some 3* type recruits. I don't see it being a major factor for most of your higher ranked guys.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens with facilities and coaching salaries.
Teams like Oregon and UNC will dominate. Jordan brand will steer kids to UNC to wear it's stuff and pay them big money. Same for Oregon. This will become about markets and loaded alumni. If a schools lacks this they will suck.
