Man, things could not have lined up better for Arch Manning. He's got the bluest of blue blood QB legacy names. The Mannings are football royalty. Combine that with the NIL changes which will be firmly in place by the time he enrolls. Kid stands to make some serious coin in college. He's about the only high school player you could say is almost household name, simply b/c of his last name. On top of that, he's got as solid a grounding as you could ask for. Between Archie, Peyton and Eli, he'll be getting some good, sound advice on handling it all.

Are there limits on what they can do? I'm seeing a Wheaties or Gatorade commercial featuring Peyton, Eli and Arch.

He will make a lot but there are some NCAA athletes out there you've never heard of with millions of followers that will probably make more.

No way. EVERYONE knows the name Manning. No current NCAA athlete has greater name recognition than "Manning."

It’s demographics. 3 million 40+ year olds knowing who you are isn’t as valuable as a million 18-35 year olds.

On social media perhaps, but the 40+ crowd are the ones who own most of the successful businesses in this country and who control the majority of the wealth… We don’t quite know how this will all shake out but if we are talking personal endorsement deals where a player is advertising a company… Now all the dumb “brands” these kids are making to sell t-shirts or hats or whatever- those will be sold to that younger crowd for sure!

I’m not saying Arch isn’t going to make a killing in college since Nike could sign him to an endorsement deal if he were to sign with Oregon (as long as that’s not in the terms of the contract of course). He could also become the face of Walmart if he attends Arkansas but there will be kids who also get that type of deal without it being tied to that level of endorsement just based on their social media followings.

I can almost guarantee that you’re going to see an explosion of guys trying to promote their content on Instagram and TikTok now. There is a lot wider base with a lot more disposable income that can come from that.

Yep, females w great bodies and faces will make more probably. Just depends on what they feel like promoting.

Younger folks have plenty of spending money these days. Tiktok advertisers couldn’t care less about the older crowd. Their target market bends younger and they have no issues moving product via these platforms. The influencers are getting paid and will on par make out far better than athletes that don’t or can’t build an army of online followers.
