But is there no anybody on the team with more than 5 at bats all season that we can put at the plate to hit there in the biggest at bat of the biggest game of the year?? Sits there and watches 4 pitches go by without swinging. That is ridiculous our post season record is slipping through our hands

Sure... We got a whole bench full of guys who have proven over the whole SEASON they can sit there at the plate and watch pitches fly by... Most are batting about .100 right now. Would it be better to put one of them up there who have PROVEN they can't do anything this year, or give the freshman a shot to see what he can do? Lots of people seem to want to go with the guys who have proven try can't do shit... I don't see the difference.

Point taken... that's all coaches biggest game of the year and u don't even attempt to swing the dang bat. How long before Holbrook contract is up because I guess we can plan on being medicore until he is gone

I've never seen a team take as many 2-0, 2-1 pitches as we do. Hitters count and our guys watch a strike almost every time. Our overall plate approach is just straight up shit.
