No more Widener as our closer

I DON'T! We build this team around pitching and defense. Caldwell, with his hitting gave us this game on a platter against a good pitching team and our "closer" blew it for the second time in the game and then took the L.
 
Agree. Not happy with his performance of late at all!!

We don't have many pitchers the coaches trust so that's why you see that sort of thing.

That's obvious at this point.

But even with that- pitching wasn't the real problem.


The sad part to me is - Missouri plays in front of tiny crowds, on a rough and tumble field- and they are rolling in the SEC this so far.
