Joe Biden, if he wins, is not a socialist. The 2 women at the top of his VP list are not close to being socialist.
This dumb argument that only the most naive believe reminds me of the campaign and primary/election in 1980 when at first many Republicans were convinced Ronald Reagan would start WW3 with the USSR. When he won the primary, Democrats thought he’d start WW3 based on his talk and the right wingers that seemed to want a war (and there were plenty of them in Congress and the country). A lot of the campaign focused on those fears. People were nervous- and convinced. Of course we didn’t have cable news and talk radio to scare them to death like we do now.

the crazy thing about this current debate is we already have a lot of socialist things in place. America has always been a hybrid model and always will be. Not even 3 months ago Trump himself was touting his interest and willingness for the government to take over interest in some private companies (a socialist policy). Almost from the start of his presidency, he’s been paying farmers hundreds of millions of dollars in direct payments as subsidies. That is a socialist policy to manipulate the free market. Of course we’ve always manipulated the free market just like socialism advocates.
The same folks scared to death of socialism never said a word about what Trump said and democrats and republicans alike just go along with massive subsidies year after year. Amazing hypocrisy.

he spent a year running specifically against Bernie Sanders. He did that because he doesn’t agree with many of his positions.
He’s doing what politicians have done for hundreds of years in a general election. It’s campaigning 101. He’s consolidating support and avoiding needlessly alienating a former competitor. It’s the same recipe presidents have used for hundreds of years.

Trump had nothing to do with those doctors making their statements. A group called the front line doctors who wanted to present what their treatments had done. That doctor is from Africa and has more pointed things to say than the rest.

I do find it interesting that the focus is on his Trump support while ignoring he was also a supporter of BLM and progressive Democrat Lena Taylor running for Mayor. Those things

Until they catch the guy no one is really going to know what the issue/motivation was. They do have a suspect they are trying to find now so hopefully answers will be coming soon.

I dont necessarily agree, but in the end, I'm really just not looking forward to the next 4 years, no matter who wins the election. One promises almost certain civil divide in the country and the other promises potentially devastating reform to an already broken system. I really don't want to see either one president because they both mean a major division in the country. Trump will bring a bigger racial divide, and Biden means a huge class divide.

There were many doctors, not just one. Not "disinformation" as NBC and others claim. Fox will have well-known M.D.`s on talking about the success, in some places(France, others) of HCl, which has safely been used for 60 yrs. Combined with zinc and Z-pack, it has been used with some success. Since Trump promoted it, they ignore anything positive about it. How many lives have been lost because it has been shunned by the MSM and others? And, I`m sorry, this virus has confounded everyone so it`s not Trump`s fault. Fauci at one point estimated 1-2 million could die in the U.S. from it. We have been hit hard, but so have other countries. Do you blame the leaders of other countries? You should be blaming China, who let it escape, instead of Trump.

I will say I don't think Trump is the cause of the racial divide, but he has done nothing but exacerbate it since it has grown. The racial divide will continue to grow if he's reelected, even if it's others driving it. He will not have a good answer for it because he's out of his depth.
