OFFICIAL UK VS. USC GAME THREAD

Somebody forgot to tell UK, we were going to win big.
Honestly, that's the problem. 107.5 callers and commentators shooting their mouths off all week how SC was going to blow UK out! We get radio up here too! As well as indoor plumin' y'all !

Some people seem very confused why we lost. If you didn't notice at one point in the 2nd half Bentley completed like 15 of 16 passes in a row. We lost because 1. Most important :the defense couldn't get off the field on 3rd down. 2. Our FG kicker-extra point was horrible. Add to that Muschamps poor decisions when to try a field goal and when to go for it. .3. Stupid penalties putting us in first and 15 several times. 4. Horrible offensive play calling. You run Williams at the 50 on 4th and 1 on a pitch play and at the half yard line we get the first down and a touchdown in both those situations. This loss was mainly on giving up 3rd down conversions and horrible play calling by Kurt Roper at the most critical times.

My memory is fuzzy but did we punt from the 36 yard line, down by 8?
Yep. And went for it at the 50

We were up when we punted and they scored on that possession if memory serves. That or it was 7-6

It was the perfect spot to go for it but it seems Muschamp and Roper have no clue when to go and when to punt

I'm very concerned with this team right now

Was that Roper who caused that QB to sprint 54 yards up the middle on 3rd down..you people blaming the coaches are nuts
SC has one good lineman and that's Stanley.. the other lineman who everyone thought was the best, is playing like he has checked out.....the other 3 are So Con talent
It's weird because they pass block so well. They couldn't move a cheerleader

Most Gamecocks fans over the age of 50 could see last night's failures coming from miles and miles away. We knew the blackout would be a curse. We didn't endorse the DJ and those stupid ass fire towers. We knew we were setting ourselves up for a major embarrassment. The young kids basically told us to shut up and move to the back of the buss. Those of over the age of 50 knew we were f***ed as soon as we saw only 1 of 4 fire towers worked. How many weeks did we gave to prepare for that? LMFAO. Then we open up with an electrifying TD to Deebo on the 1st play. Crowd is jacked up. What's the only thing in the world that could bring us down? Yep, we missed the extra point. We were embarrassed and beat but that's not enough for us Gamecocks. Surely something else has to just cap off the evening. Yep, our best player breaks his leg.
