This morning, I received a call from somebody in Vanuatu. I wasn't even sure exactly where Vanuatu is. A man said he was with a loan company and was offering loans for 2% interest. I smelled scam before I even answered. I told him I don't use loan companies and don't intend on using one and he hung up.
