OT: Has anyone used an electric oil free turkey fryer and how does it stack up to the oil fryer?

I use a propane oilless fryer. It's basically a roaster. Not quite as good as deep fried but healthier. I inject and season the outside.

I have a friend that cooks 3 turkeys every year, 3 different ways. Deep fried in his Masterbuilt Butterball deep fryer, char broil in his oilless fryer, and one in his oven. Honestly all 3 taste great and the oilless seems to get a darker char on the outside but the deep fryer is good too. It just takes forever because it takes like 20-30 mins for the oil to heat up and a lot of people don't take that into account when cooking and if you ever have to stop it and then re-heat the oil you have to wait another 20-30 mins.
