Didn't the entire fraternity conspire and lie to the police during the investigation? I'm surprised there wasn't a criminal investigation about the "fun run."

THe frat was suspended for 5 years due to the school's investigation and

yes they pretty much all lied to police about it. The police are still investigating. BTW, making all pledges run early in the morning is an accepted definition of hazing so I don't know why they keep saying the death wasn't a result of hazing.

If it was my son, I would sue everyone involved at Clemson and sell off part of Clemson to Mungo for cheap housing and donate the rest to farmers...

How do you not keep a head count for this "jog" and when someone isn't back for breakfast.. Go look for them than go to class or bed...

This is a cover up hazing at Clemson by the fraternity members and not to say a word about the whereabouts of Tucker is a criminal matter because they didn't want to get caught...

Now with that said,was it a cover up of hazing, or is it a cover up of an accident from hazing and didn't want to get caught?
