OT: Tailgating in a camper or RV

I haven't been in a while, but used to tailgate near seawells and walk through the fairgrounds. I used to see lots of RVs as we were walking to the stadium. Can people tailgate overnight there with a Travel Trailer/RV there or somewhere close to the stadium?
