When I lived in Charleston, I drove down once with a friend after we heard people raving about it. I didn't find it all that interesting. There's lots of wrought iron, but didn't really seem to be all that much to see. I came away very unimpressed, but maybe it was an unfair comparison to Charleston.

- South Central Virginia(born and raised, but don't want to name the town)

- Columbia(while at USC...lived in LaBorde and Snowden in the mid-90's)

- Columbia after graduating USC(working for a couple of years totally unrelated to my major at USC)

- South Central Virginia(still working for the same company, doing it from home the past several years...still unrelated to my major at USC)

I was living in the LA when I met my wife. She had a nicer house in K-town and my family was still living near there. So it was a no-brainer we would live in her house.

We think we will move somewhere coastal maybe after my daughter graduates. Maybe.
