OT - WOW, refs just handed the game to the Cowboys on a terrible

Dallas defense unbelievable. Vander Esch is seriously a monster. Like a centaur or something.

Since winning the super bowl in 95. I had to look it up the cowboys have won only 3 playoff games . All wildcard games.

Officials are more and more on a trend of inserting themselves into a game, football AND basketball. They’re like immature musicians who think since they’re on a stage they’re supposed to be playing all the time instead of serving the song.

The fix was in since the opening kickoff. Ruled a fumble with no clear recovery. I guess they could not make out the number of any one of the three Eagles sitting on the ball....

They tried to make up for the bad offensive PI call on a subsequent play. Dallas sacked Wentz, tackled him around his ankles, and refs called it roughing the passer. Two very bad calls within a few plays.

Just offsets bad calls the other way earlier in the game. A blatant interference on a pass that Gallup would have caught for a TD wasn't called. The early fumble was the correct call. The whistle blew, Dallas players weren't going for the ball. Philadelphia hadn't clearly recovered.

I don't see how anyone thinks Philadelphia should win this game: Dallas 32 first downs, Philadelphia 16. That isn't ref favoritism, that is dominance. Dallas 576 yards to Philadelphia's 256. It would have been a travesty for Philadelphia to win such a lopsided game. Dallas 45 minutes to Philadelphia's 22 minutes. Just saying.

Philly missed an extra point and the refs to a TD off the board. Officiating probably cost the Eagles the game.

Holy hot takes! You do realize they scored a td on that possession, after they got a make up roughing the passer call on the next play?

total yards-
Eagles-256
Dallas-576

Penatlies yards
Eagles-49
Dallas-111

btw not a fan of either team.

Dallas blows. They are trying to make them like the CFB pundits do Nebraska, Michigan (past few years before this year), FSU, etc...etc...and keep them relevant on name when they clearly aren’t. Their spot on the couch will be kept waiting for them after they exit the playoffs.

They still got a TD on that drive because the refs called a bogus roughing the passer to keep it going. So it wasn't really a TD off the board. Dallas missed a TD because of interference in the end zone that wasn't called. If anything the refs forced overtime, Dallas should have won in regulation.

Dallas is a good team. There are just better ones like the Rams, Saints, etc more likely to win. That doesn't mean Dallas isn't good, they are obviously the best in their division.
