USC is in the process of a complete rebuild of the Weems Baskin Track Facility. It features a state of the art surface, and will include expanded seating once completed.

As I asked in a earlier thread. The concept work showed spectator seating extending further down the track than what was built. Are they planning on adding more seating later?

Another question is can we not buy all the property on the track side of S. Marion. Heck I would love to own all the property on both sides.

I think they are doing this in two phases. The rest of the seating being phase 2.

I think eventually the Foundation will end up with the property you are talking about, but only if USC has use for it.
