I didn't not see it and haven't read any other posts about the game yet.

I have simply looked at the box score. Tell me if my conclusion is correct by simply looking at the box score.

Most important - we played our usual good defense.
We did NOT have our normal poor night of outside shooting - we were average.
We were excellent from the FT line.
We did NOT have issue with turnovers.

This type of play - we will win games in the SEC. Do most agree?

I'd agree, though with that combination you'll win a lot of games in any conference. The real difference, in my opinion, was the manner of the victory. We went out there and imposed ourselves and our style of play on Georgia. Anytime they tried to assert themselves, we ruthlessly slammed the door on them. That really is what we've been lacking since conference play started: the confidence and aggression to make opponents play our game.

4thgen is correct. We pushed them around like we should have been pushing around other teams. This might be a turnaround game.

Also add to this winning combination the fact that Georgia's best player did not play...I think that helped.

FWIW, McKie averages 4.1 ppg and Henry averages 6.7 ppg. Not having them didn't help.

There you go. Thanks, Beckham. That definitely evens the injury factor.
