Welch's recruiting was a real pleasant eye opener, particularly the part about Mrs. Welch serving her delicious chocolate chip cookies to Dawn and her top assistant. Also, how Dawn and staff extended themselves to win over the confidence of a protective-of-her-daughter Mrs. Welch (a no nonsense Navy vet). That's how successful recruiting is accomplished - up close and personal.
