I admit upon reflection that this thread does come across really crappy and for that I apologize, won’t happen again. I’m here because your all’s situation is not so unlike ours was starting in 2008 and lasting Through 2020. I may throw a jab here and there but it is all in good fun, not meant to be mean. But the constant insults directed at our coach gets a bit old, especially for a man early in his 2nd year of being a head coach. I don't quite understand the insults directed toward him. He seems like a quality person and he's got a big job to do at South Carolina that is going to take quite a bit of time to determine if he can do it.
It seems unfair and I doubt you'd like it if someone was doing this to you all the time but again, you can post what you want.
Thanks. Beamer reminds me too much of Dooley in his mannerisms and coaching style. I hope he works out for you all but based on how year two is going so far I doubt he will. I just hope you all don’t make the same mistakes we did.
Go try it on one of their boards and see what happens. There is a reason for that.
But that is what we get here at South Carolina. A local media that does everything to tear our program down, something other programs don't tolerate. Hell, one of the lead announcers on the "Home of the Gamecocks" (RIP) was a tater and actually closed the morning show once shouting "Go Tigers". You think that would happen at Bama? Nope. And now this new board owner allows some Tennessee turd to flood our board with troll shit talk about our coach and team, something that other boards would never allow.

well, one thing we were all concerned about is who our coach reminds Tennessee fans of- that's been a big issue for us. We apologize.
I know few gamecock fans that don't fully understand our coach didn't have head coach or coordinator experience. I also know few that don't walk around everyday being nervous about our program regardless of the name of the coach.
at the same time, I think gamecock fans have a right to hope for the best and support our coach and program fully and be fair with him and give him some time.
Apparently having a Tennessee fan on here insulting him endlessly is the one thing we all were missing.
What's sad is with the improvement in talent there has been no improvement through the first four games this year. My question is it's obviously coaching and if no changes will be forthcoming until the end of the year why not at least bring in Frank and Bud as advisors?
He knows how to beat the crap out of y’all. For that, we are grateful.
