A forced update to your phone is coming.

Article is pay walled so here’s some stuff.

“Apple's neuralMatch algorithm will continuously scan photos that are stored on a US user’s iPhone and have also been uploaded to its iCloud back-up system. Users’ photos, converted into a string of numbers through a process known as “hashing”, will be compared with those on a database of known images of child sexual abuse.”

Now I’m all for eradicating any abuse of children. But come on now, Google and Facebook have both admitted they had fired dozens of people for privacy violations and this will somehow be different?

Kind of makes Steve Jobs Super Bowl add a bit ironic. I’m really torn on whether he’d have been okay

^^^^ I hear you, but at this point anyone thinking that any of your information is private is living in an alternate universe.
I know but.

Cops show up “we found these in appropriate photos of children on your phone.”

Me “Nope that’s just the pics my mom texts me of my childhood since she had her photos digitized.”

Cops “can you explain this picture of a child in just their underwear.”

Me “it was my Scooby Doo underwear, I wore them everywhere.”

The database of images/names will be sold in tranches to our government as we continue to move to a surveillance state. Face ID To access phone - This is the next phase.

I've never read the Apple Phone Disclaimers but apparently there's plenty of interesting items contained.

For instance, they know blue light is a problem. They know phones overhead brains and cause HPA Axis dysfunction and hyperactive CRH. They know having the phone anywhere near your head is likely a source of the huge rise in neurological problems, brain cancer etc. Surveillance, privacy and cell tower issues (cancer) are addressed as well.

But it’s for the children!!!!

speaking of “the children” - what happened to all the people that thought Wayfair was selling kids, or that there was a pedophile sex ring that only included dems and Hollywood elites? They don’t post on social media since the last election. Don’t they want to #savethe children anymore?

So totally forgot about the Wayfair thing. I didn’t get that.

Actually, I cant wait to see the next iPhone. I usually think that they already spend their ideas and they don't have any future changes, but Apple always surprises us. Last month the company I am working at arranged a business event, and for better cooperation between workers, we rented iPhones from a specialized iPhone rental service. TBH, I was surprised by such a service, but it was an excellent decision to make. They came in help especially for such events and activities, and they indeed have some great products. You should try this service!
