South Carolina minus 12.5 over USC Upstate

In Charleston last week Colorado State shot 58 percent Davidson 45 percent and Furman 50 percent against South Carolina which averages to 51 percent. Need South Carolina to address this issue and hope to hold USC Upstate to under 40 percent this afternoon.
