I heard on the radio this morning that when SOS was at a gala last night, and someone asked him what he thought about Clemson, he responded, "They had the #1 defense in the country. I tell you, if we had that #1 defense in the country, we'd have more to show for it than a Russell Athletic Bowl trophy."

Ouch. I'm glad he's chirping, because when he does, he really likes what he sees, but...that #1 defense kept us at bay last season. Just figured I'd post this for some pre-Friday entertainment.

He can shoot off his mouth because he is the best coach ever at the University of South Carolina and has set the bar for those who will follow.
