Stogner back to OU

Bye girl.

Jokes aside- In conversation when people asked where you played. Instead of just saying I went to a college A. You have to say well, i went to college A, then college B and then back to A and then to college C for the remainder of my eligibility. All this switch-a-rooing would be a negative to me. But I’m sure there are other factors.

nah

I think plenty of people would think it's quite interesting and not a negative. A college student getting to experience different colleges and different parts of the country could be a huge positive.

Plus, plenty of non athlete students go to multiple colleges. My wife went to two different colleges and then took several grad classes at a 3rd.

Plenty of students attend smaller schools then transfer to a bigger school- and some even transfer back.

The environment here sometimes doesn’t suit some people.

Especially a kid from Oklahoma. I have no idea about him personally but I could see Columbia, SC not suiting a kid that went to college in Oklahoma and is from Plano, Texas.

If you have ever been to Plano, you would think Norman Oklahoma was the town that wouldn't suit a Plano kid. The median income in Plano is nearly $50,000, while in Norman it is under $30,000. While some small town Texas kids feel more comfortable in Norman than in Houston or Austin, Plano kids shouldn't. Here is Plano-East's stadium. Nicer than many Junior Colleges. I suspect that it is more about NIL or coach's promises or just being too far from home on the east coast.

I didn't mean facilities or anything like that.

I can see a Texas kid who goes to school in Oklahoma not being 100% comfortable in Columbia South Carolina.

different part of the country, far from home, who knows....

Some may not like this, but there appears to more genuine people in those areas. There are a lot of fake and wannabe people in the south. This is from my conversation with many people that are out of towners. I've also observed this myself.

I was a guest lecturer at OU one semester. I personally did not enjoy my time there and believe many others might feel the same. But, I was in Chicago prior to that and perhaps that made it a bit more difficult.
