I also want a coach who consistently outperforms other coaches who are considered better coaches by teams with better players and more money.

If this can't be accomplished in the first few years, I want us to pay another buyout and get another unknown coach of my preference who can accomplish the aforementioned while competing at the top of the D1 chain.
