I think our flaws are coming to light very quickly.
1) We do not have a true point guard currently playing. Take Fl. last night, how dynamic is it when you have not only a facilitator, but a scoring threat at the same time? Frank has got to get him one. Look at the teams we have lost to recently and each has a solid PG.
2) We need more athletic big men. (Similar to Silva) Frank's love of European bigs do not have the ability to "get big" underneath. We are getting man handled on the boards almost every game now. Teams are able to load up on guarding Thornwell, because they know our guys underneath aren't a threat to do much except foul, add that to our guard play and we are not a threat to hit an outside shot.
Do I think we will make the tourney? Each game gets harder to say yes. BUT regardless, if Frank is going to be our coach, he needs to find guys that are not projects or need development. If it means getting one or two from JUCO do it to help get some solid depth.
