Going to 3rd. 0-0
Two good pitchers going at it.
Blair can't hit-and can't bunt either. I guess he's a fast centerfielder.
That was a weird at bat.
Think he's better suited as a pinch runner.
Fundamentals are lacking.
2-0 and he swings away....2-1 and he tries to bunt.
Olsen is a bit of a free swinger. Don't really like him at leadoff.
The batters need help in hitting approach. First few innings look bad again. Maybe one day he will hire a coach that can teach contact hitting.
Could it be the first team to 1 wins?
That's how you sac Chad...notice I didn't type in all caps and "yell" at him.
bitching opportunity averted
Good D there with the unassisted dp
A couple of nice DPs..
Lets get something going here
I know our hitting is trash but this weekend isn't the weekend to judge hitters
The new sportscenter at 6 is ESPN grasping at straws.
That was one nice play to end that inning.
Destino has been stuck on 25 rbi for 2 weeks.
This game maybe over in 2 hours or less.
Or it may last for 6 hours. 0-0 into the 19th.
Stokes with a 2B to leadoff and cant get him in..
Another bone head call from the coach.
Not second guessing...serious question...why not bunt him to 3rd? To good a hitter? Seems like the next batter hits one to the right side that may have scored a run. I'm not a baseball guru though.
Probably cause Williams doesn't know how. Always happens that way
Another nice dp
No excuses in not knowing how. The whole lineup should know how to bunt. Why not bunt him to third and then squeeze him in with one out.
Dang, 1-0 uf
Our starters have so much pressure on them to throw gems because they know they won't get any run support.
Hate pitching to others' "best hitter with risp"
Yeah, was wondering about pitching to Bell with a base open and a much worse hitter on deck.
Tell me about it. Williams is an average hitter with 1 hr on season so he should be able to bunt.
He let wiliams swing away because he is a lefty and he hit the ball most of the time to the right side.
Wrong decision as usual
2 pitches 2 outs.
We're really working the pitch count all of a sudden.
So far our offense is offensive.
