Vandy's OC seems to have figured out what it takes to pick up yards against UF... go figure.
Coach said Vandy is using discipline to stay where they are supposed to on defense.
Pretty much implies we weren't disciplined or smart.

Congrats Vandy, looking good through three quarters so far. Cant believe we made Florida look like a playoff team. Sad really……………..
Vandys team plays at or above their ability every week. Some weeks they are simply overmatched physically and lose. But its never because they are confused, undisciplined or poorly coached.

Playing down to our opponents is a longtime problem here. For some unknown reason, in spite of our history, our players think they can sleepwalk through a win.
Luckily the brain fart by the refs at the end didnt cost Vandy the game
When in doubt, let the clock run. It can always be reset.

Oddly enough, the exact same thing just happened again in the UGA/UK game. Clock mysteriously stops with seconds on the clock going in to the half that allows UGA to kick a field goal. Interesting

I believe that one in the Vandy game tho was the line judge signaled to stop the clock... then called it a catch short of the first down and never signaled to start it back up. Again, luckily, Vandy overcame.
Yeah bad call on the home team fortunately they still won. The clock should have run out.
