Is it my imagination or does UGA never play Bama during the regular season. I checked back to 2005 and they only played once...and don't play each other past 2025. I thought every team was on a rotation.

They played each other last year. UGA lead the game and Bama came back and won. Same score as this year. Saban had tested positive for Covid earlier that week but tested negative on that Friday and game day and coached that game.

Played Bama in 2020 and 2015 regular seasons.

Don't even think such has been discussed yet by The SEC, but thats just MHO. I may be wrong...

There's talk of going to four three-team pods as well as doing away with divisions altogether.

Staying with two divisions with 8 teams apiece will just guarantee that many schools will only play each other once a decade or so. Especially of they stay with the permanent cross division opponents.
