Most people (men & women) are technically intoxicated as defined by law after consuming 2 beers. I think some people (including some law officers) practically stalk recognizable celebrities just waiting for an opportunity to make a name for themselves by busting one. How many of you have ever had a few drinks after work, then drove home? Then again....some of these young pro athletes really are stupid not to realize that they are most definitely being watched.

Do I agree or think it was a smart decision? I sure do not. Yet, millions of people do this sort of thing everyday. Is 100 mph absurd? Sure enough, but even a moving vehicle at any speed while the driver is intoxicated is a weapon.

OK guilty I am, I've done that many times. What if he had played at Clemson, would we still love him and make excuses?
