I found this direct feed recording from the 2012 game against UGA. We pasted the #5 bulldogs 35-7. If this doesn't send chills down your spine nothing will:
After first USC score
"That was quick" - Herbstreit

After USC interception:
"Watch out, the defense is dialed in" -Musburger
"Long game yet" -Herbstreit
"My they look good" - Musburger
"What?" -Herbstreit
"That defense gets rolling and watch out" - Musburger
"Georgia needs a stop"- Herbstreit

After USC second touchdown:
"That looked too easy" -Herbstreit
"It sure did" - Musburger
"Heather, are you red or white?" - Musburger (Not sure but I think this
refers to which sideline she is currently on)
"She's red, going white" -Unknown male (In truck maybe)
"Heather?" -Unknown male (In truck maybe)
"Heather?" -Unknown male (In truck maybe)
"Can we get a field report? I don't think Heather has a copy" -Unknown male
(Someone in booth)
"It's awfully loud down there"- Musburger
"10-4" -Unknown male (reply to field report question from someone in truck)

Coming back from break following second score:
"Do we have Heather?" - Musburger
"Yes, will use first break S-1 and return. She cannot hear truck ques"-
Unknown male. (Truck guy probably)

Following punt return for TD:
"Can you believe this?" -Herbstreit
"Can't hear a thing" - Musburger
"They don't have a clue right now" -Herbstreit
"Can I get an adjustment, I can't hear"- Musburger
"Can you feel this? Is our room moving?" - Herbstreit
" 6 west just said the same thing" - Unknown male (Booth guy refering to
camera guy stating his position is shaking)
" Like bouncing kinda" -Background voice (Different booth guy replying to
Herbstreit)
"I think it is" - Herbstreit
" South Carolina smacked them with that one" -Musburger
" I don't know if they come back from this one" -Herbstreit
" Is this the best scene in college football you've seen Herbie?" -Musburger
" I don't know if it's the best ever, but it's the scariest yeah"
-Herbstreit
" Remarkable scene" -Musburger
" Unbelievable" - Herbstreit

That game was, in my opinion, the best game we have ever played as a team. That was the one time where we just whipped a national name recognition team to the point where the other team simply had no answer. The score, as divergent as it was, does not show just how badly we beat Georgia that day. Can we get back to that point? It depends on the two obvious things talent and coaching. The fans will make the atmosphere hard for the other team but the rest is up to the team.

Cant help but wonder how the season would have played out if we hadn't been so dominant that day. Losing the next two games for our only losses... we might have been a little too high on ourselves. Heck of a game and year tho.

Can you link this feed? Would love to hear it
It was in text form in an email from a friend to me years ago. There was no link. I just copied and pasted. It was just in the body of the email. I found it when I was trying to clean up my email account and delete old emails. When I read it I was ready to put the pads on again and go out and knock the hell outta somebody.

I have seen that series of comments before and it’s a thing of beauty. Absolutely gives me cold chills to read it again. I can’t wait until eventually a football game means this much again. The fans will be hungry after the big fall we have taken since we fielded a team this good.

That is hands down my favorite Carolina game. But unfortunately it’s ANCIENT history and we have sucked at football for the past decade. Watching reruns from those years help some…. Lol

Remember, Shane was involved heavily at that time....especially in recruiting the talent along with Spurrier's figurehead adding to it. Beamer knows what can be done here, and how the Gamecock world can react. I suddenly am feeling that we are in good hands to lead this program back to success.

I was there and concur. Took my first child and left early. We scored again as we were walking to the car. Unbelievable game.

Right now, I would trade that for a win over Arkansas this year.

We spend too much time looking in the rear view mirror.

The game is on youtube:
I haven't rewatched any sports in several years. But I just spent 20 minutes going down memory lane. Thanks for posting this.
Btw, yes coaches matter but obviously having NFL talent across almost every position that year really helped. Great great memories. And I think Beamer still remembers what we can do here.

I was at that game - it was the best game I ever saw at WB in the forty six years I have been going to games.
