South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer will be in Georgia for the next two days as he continues to hit some of the Gamecocks' important out-of-state territories after hitting Jacksonville on Tuesday.
Beamer is set to drop by Blessed Trinity, Kell, North Cobb, Kennesaw Mountain and Marietta.
Blessed Trinity, where Beamer will be joined by running backs coach Montario Hardesty, is home to 2023 four-star RB Justice Haynes, the No. 1 RB in that class.
North Cobb is home to 2023 RB Benjamin Hall, who is not yet ranked but landed his first offer this fall when the Gamecocks offered him, and recently landed a scholarship from Michigan.
On top of being there for all of Beamer's stops, Hardesty is also set to hit South Atlanta HS, home of 2023 RB Keyjuan Brown who has been receiving some interest from Carolina.
** Defensive line coach Jimmy Lindsey is back in Georgia where he'll check in on he high schools of some prime targets such as 2024 four-star DL Hevin Brown-Shuler, 2024 DB CJ Heard Jr., 2024 four-star LB Andrew Hines, 2023 three-star TE Jelani Thurman, 2023 four-star DB Avieon Terrell, 2023 four-star LB Raul Aguirre, and 2023 four-star WR Cayden Lee.
All of those guys listed have offers and Lee is fresh off a visit to the school for junior day.
** After spending the day learning the ropes with Beamer and Clayton White, new assistant Sterling Lucas will hit the road on his own today when he checks in on Valdosta, Lowndes, Thomasville, Thomas County Central, Colquitt County and Lee County.
Among those schools, the Gamecocks have listed offers out to 2024 four-star DE Eric Brantley Jr., 2024 four-star TE Landen Thomas, 2023 four-star DE Gabriel Harris, and 2023 four-star WR Adam Hopkins.
** Offensive coordinator Marcus Satterfield is in Connecticut today where he'll his schools like Loomis Chaffee, Taft, Cheshire Academy, New Canaan and Iona Prep.
Our database isn't showing any current offers at those schools but there is an intriguing 2024 QB in Dante Reno, who has a number of early Power 5 offers as well as 2023 four-star OL Olaus Alinen and 2023 three-star OL Charlie Symonds.
** Wide receivers coach Justin Stepp is scheduled to hit Florida today and among his stops are IMG Academy and Venice High.
Prospects listed with offers from the territories Stepp will hit are 2023 four-star WR Carnell Tate, 2024 four-star RB Stacy Gage, 2024 four-star DB Desmond Ricks, 2023 four-star DT Justin Benson, 2023 four-star DB Elliott Washington, 2023 four-star DT Will Norman, 2023 four-star WR Devin Hyatt, 2023 four-star DE Damon Wilson, and 2023 three-star OL Lucas Simmons.
