Been awhile since I've been to a game. My son wants to go to USC and play in the band. So I want the Band seating to influence which section to get in.
What section does the band sit in...

For ball park vicinity. Closer to the student section. I believe it’s the area between north end zone and East side lower. Maybe section 26 or /and27. I’m sure someone on here knows. But it’s a little slow these days.
The band sits in sec 23 or 24. We sit in row 14 in section 303, which is almost directly across the field from the band. From that vantage point you get to here the sound of the band in the stands, and you also have a great view of the bands pregame field entrance, team entrance and halftime show. Highly recommend sitting in 303 or 304. Don't sit next to them. Then the sound is not good and you don’t get a good visual.
