Beal has already said she's gone. Olivia is done. Boston and Cooke have not said one way or the other. LA might improve her draft stock if she came back.
Pretty sure they are all leaving but if Boston comes back I think they all would also come back. That would result in some of the bench players transferring — except for Cardoso, Hall, and Johnson. Boston may stand to make more NIL money in college next year than playing in the WNBA. She would still be number 1 pick next year. JMHOBeal has already said she's gone. Olivia is done. I could definitely see that scenario playing out.Captain Will on youtube predicts Cooke and LA to return while Beale and Boston head to the WNBA. He says
Cooke has a huge NIL and that she's only projected as a 2nd round draft choice and like Henderson last year will
have to make the team in order to get a contract. Boston will be the WNBA's first overall choice and Beal has
that 3D going for her ( 3 point shot and elite defense ).
Do we have enough available scholarships for any of the seniors to come back next year?
"Declaring" is not the same thing as "announcing." They may have declared to the wnba yesterday, but have not announced it. The deadline for LSU and Iowa players is midnight tonight.Well all I know for sure is that Boston has declared. Some sites say Cooke and Beal are leaving and others don't confirm this at all. I take the State online but there's nothing new there as of Tuesday's edition. The deadline to declare was 48 hours from their last game on Friday and that's passed.
