I'll cut Stroman some slack since he just came back from a serious illness. Kacinas was pretty bad, though, a very subpar performance from him. The only other two bench players to play were McKie and Steele, who didn't really have enough minutes between them to impact the game. So no, not a good bench performance, but not terrible considering one of the two people with significant minutes was trying to return from illness.

You could tell Stroman was still trying to get his legs back. He didn't seem as quick as before. Kacinas has been missing in action for the past several games. He has past up open shots, missed free throws and is getting killed on the boards.
