Up late and decided to take a look at the roster for this season and see who we are losing and will probably lose next year. I know it's a known fact we are paper thin in the secondary. So thin we only have 1 or 2 guys that could be on the 2 deep that have experience or talent enough to play. The next thing I noticed is our safeties (Elder, Diggs, Moody) are gone after this season. That's all of our talented or experienced safeties as well as Rico at CB. So whoever we take in the 2017 recruiting class is going to have to start from day 1 and they can't be players with upside that need to red shirt and learn the system. Especially at safety. Next year we have no safeties and only 3 players to give us a starting 3 CB/Nickel. Usually teams can sell playing time whether they mean it or not, but we can literally pull a roster or depth chart out and show the recruits that they will have to be day 1 starters. If that as a recruit doesn't say commit to South Carolina idk what will. Because at the end of the day it's all about touching the field and playing. JMO.
