My wife and I were in The Ugly Dog Pub last night in Highlands to watch the Braves game. She looks over and said the guy by the window looks like Jeff Francour. I looked and said is was. A few minutes later the couple besides us got up and Jeff and his wife came over and sat by us. I told him our kids went to Brookwood in the 90’s and he laughed. He sat with us until the 7th inning and then left. After he left a kid sat by us and said his sports life sort of sucked because he had been a Falcons fan, a Braves fan and a Gamecock fan. I said me too buddy and we high fived. Talked to him and he is from North August and is committed to play baseball at Carolina in 2022. He is a left handed pitcher and is recovering from Tommy John surgery. Super nice and polite kid who works at the Ugly Dog and goes to school online. He also likes Kingston and hates Clemson.
