Cutcliffe in an analyst spot would be awesome. That's like asking if we want steak as a backup option for dinner.
Cutcliffe has to retire some day, right?

At least get on the phone or get pops Beamer to get on the phone and see if he is interested. Just down the road from where he is now. He might say yes.
If he wants to stay in the Carolinas, no reason we can't get him for a retirement gig.
He would be a great addition to any staff, particularly South Carolina's. He could help the offense and mentor Beamer.
Cut is done. Did about as good a job as one could do at Duke there for a few years, but things have slid back since. But he has had heart issues, which was the main reason he didn't care to entertain the UT job when they had openings and wanted him. Liked Duke where there isn't much pressure. But he has aged, and just looked tired on the sidelines this year. He is well off financially. He is done. Doubt he has any interest in some type of analyst spot. And if he did, it wouldn't be at USC
