Minimum we should do is offer him an analyst spot in case he does not want an on field role right now.

Edited to add I just looked and he is 67 so an on field role is probably out.

Cutcliffe has to retire some day, right?

Goodness dude enjoy your money and quit dealing with teenagers and thankless fans.

Bring Spurrier back as OC. Tell him he doesn't have to recruit and give him the keys. He coached in the defunct spring league so he obviously wanted to still coach.

All day. Coach Cut is a genius. Pay the man hat to be QB analyst.
At least get on the phone or get pops Beamer to get on the phone and see if he is interested. Just down the road from where he is now. He might say yes.

If he wants to stay in the Carolinas, no reason we can't get him for a retirement gig.

Cut is done. Did about as good a job as one could do at Duke there for a few years, but things have slid back since. But he has had heart issues, which was the main reason he didn't care to entertain the UT job when they had openings and wanted him. Liked Duke where there isn't much pressure. But he has aged, and just looked tired on the sidelines this year. He is well off financially. He is done. Doubt he has any interest in some type of analyst spot. And if he did, it wouldn't be at USC
