George, Herschel, and several other running backs from that era were great...However, if you want them to be as dominant as they were in 1980, you better bring back the 240lb DTs, 200 lb LBs, and 175 lb DBs.
Long scoring drives, keep the Jawga D on the field, make the Jawga punter do that punting thing. It might help to out score them too other than that we got this.
Yes he did. Chad Kelly always seemed to hit the big play when they needed it. I’m about 99% sure that will be McClendons thought process this Saturday. UGA DBs will need to be ready. I’m sure Bentley will hook up with some big plays.

According to Jim Carlen, you are wrong. Look it up. In his post game comments,he blamed himself for leaving George in the game too long with his injured hand. Said It's on me. I should have put Carl West in more, who by the way, scored our only td on a long run.
