I really believe the offensive line is the key in this situation. Do we really know what we have on the OL?
I hope we're solid enough for a green pocket passer, but I'm certainly not overly confident. Spurrier can make the passing game work with a weak ol, but we will need mobility, and a natural ability to throw on the run and scramble to make plays. Having Golson gives us a SNewton type quarterback with experience should we need it.
Worst case scenario it gives us a tailor made wildcat quarterback while allowing us to keep Coop on the perimeter and the redshirt on nunez.
A lot riding on this offensive line and do we really know what we have? Just a thought.
