FootballScoop.com has reported tonight that the guy that did get the Auburn job - Bryan Harsin - is likewise targeting Bobo for the OC position.
Bobo, of course, just had a contract extension approved at South Carolina and played a key role in getting OL coach Will Friend - a person he's very close with - to Columbia as well.
We've heard from multiple sources that Bobo has had others come after him this offseason. One of those is Auburn at this time, although we haven't heard specifics on how lucrative an offer could be.
Bobo was still in Columbia today in the office and working.
There's nothing confirmed here, but based on what we're hearing within the industry it appears there is some legitimate smoke to the Auburn situation and we can't rule out a move.
