I had way too much time on my hands, and made this excel sheet last night projecting our total recruiting points for the 2017 class. I couldn't figure out how to paste the table in here in an excel format, so the format is a little funky. Basically, I just projected the candidates that we have a good shot at landing based off the reports Chris and Wes have provided us(those are underlined prospects); I chose to leave out Abram since he doesn't currently have a rivals ranking. In the points columns, the first number is the points correlated with each players Rival's Ranking (RR). The second column represents the additional points for players in the top 250; and I've also added a few projections of prospects moving, these can be seen by the 15 (up one ranking) and 30 pt (up 2 rankings) additions. I did not try and mess with player movement within the top 250 because it's so unpredictable, but I am very confident certain guys like OrTre will shoot up the list. I would also expect several more commits being bumped up than the 4 I have listed, I just kept it very conservative. Based off of past results, I anticipate we will have a class between 15-18 depending on how the dominoes fall. Enjoy, go Cocks!
